CANCELLATIONS

Full refund if the arrival date is 14 days or more. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before the arrival date. No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date.

HOUSE RULES:

• We are proud to offer you a smoke-free home. A fee of $200 per day may be added if you smoke in the apartment.

• $30 per day per additional person, starting from the 6th person.

• No pets allowed.

• Parties are not allowed on the premises.

• No excessive noise after 11:00 p.m.

• The reservation cannot be made on behalf of another person who is not staying at Maison TURCOT.

• No guests not included in the initial reservation.

• No food or drink (except water) in the bedrooms.

• Do not throw anything in the toilets.

• Please leave the apartment in the condition you found it.

• Wash and store dishes in the cabinets.

• Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. It is very important to respect this schedule out of respect for the next travelers. A late fee of $50 may be charged. For a delay exceeding 2 hours, the fee will be $100.
